研究方向
主要研究方向為基于以往神經可塑性的研究發現,探討短時程記憶及長時程記憶的神經環路機制。
大腦的一個基本功能是處理日常生活中所經歷的外部感覺信息,并且可以記住所經歷的事件。對大腦記憶的神經機制研究已有五、六十年的歷史。目前已知環境刺激誘發的神經元活動所進一步誘導的神經元可塑性是記憶發生的原因。對神經可塑性發生的分子及細胞機制研究已有了堅實的積累。我們的研究定位于:基于以往神經可塑性的研究發現,探討記憶發生的環路機制。
課題組主要使用在體動物膜片鉗記錄手段,結合離體動物電生理及動物行為學等方法,采用基因模式動物,針對聯合型記憶,探討:海馬承擔短時程記憶功能的感覺信息處理特點,以及所導致的記憶在海馬快速產生的機理;基于前扣帶皮層,研究長時程記憶的皮層機制;海馬的短時程記憶向皮層長時程記憶的轉移機制。
